Volunteer at the Community Clothing Swap

I'm a Carson Graham alumnus who now attends Simon Fraser University and I'm working with a team to put on a not for profit charity event this May.

We're hoping to enlist the help of students from different schools in the area to expand the community's knowledge of our event and also to offer a good opportunity for high school students to gain volunteer hours and experience.

WHAT:   The Community Clothing Swap, works to promote green recycling of clothing and to collect clothing to donate to underprivileged youths on the downtown east-side through Covenant House.

WHEN: The swap will occur in mid-May, either on the 12th or the 19th, and would offer up to 6 hours of volunteer work on that day as well as other ways to participate, including poster distribution, clothing collection, etc.

WHEN: MAy 12 and/or May19th

Anyone is welcome to get  involved, either through volunteering or attending the event as a participant.
