POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of our hourly Hospitality team, you will be
providing premium level food and beer service to our club section guests during
a busy event-time environment. You will consistently provide exceptional and
knowledgeable service that will impress and thrill fans and provide an iconic
experience at every touch point. This is an hourly, events-based position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing exceptional first level service by running food and beverages to guests in our Club Seat Sections in between game time action
- Other duties may be assigned as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 5:30pm
- Must be able to safely lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
- Have an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience
- Strong communication skills, including listening skills and ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries
- Proactively engage with fans in an effort to create a friendly and personal connection
- Completion of Serving it Right Certificate
- If you are a non-Canadian resident, you must hold a valid work or study permit that expires no earlier than April 2020
