Commitment:

9:00 am - 2:00 pm (5 hours/week)
Mandatory Training:
Sunday, Feb 2nd 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Role:
Leading a small group of K-7 level students on guided journey throughout the Aquarium in order to inspire wonder and curiousity and develop a sense of appreciation for the world's oceans and the aquatic life found among them.

Skills Preferred:
· Experience educating or interacting with children; · Outgoing, enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative and friendly with a positive can-do attitude; · Students in grade 10, 11 and 12; · Interested in and passionate about marine life and for environmental conservation; · High level of professionalism and commitment; · Strong oral English and French language communication skills. (Must be able to communicate elementary level concepts in both languages. Training with regard to specific concepts and terminology to be used where required, will be provided). |
